2. How do you verify the leads?
Even the hottest lead can go cold or dead in no time in today's world which is why we will not load any lead that does not pass verification. Our verification department contacts every prospect to validate and motivate the consumer. With the consumer's permission we record most than 70% of all verification calls and then follow that up with an email to ensure that the prospect has their financial act together when your brokers or loan officers call.

3. How many other brokers will receive the same lead?
After we verify a lead via it is uploaded to our automated system where you have the ability to download 24 hours a day 7 days a week. An average 4 other brokers will have the opportunity to serve the consumer unless the consumer reports to us that they have not received the loan they needed. (statistical avg is currently 2.7 downloads per)

5. What is the guarantee?
We believe that exceptional quality is what you deserve. Therefore any lead that cannot be contacted due to bad contact info or is not in accordance with the filters required by you can be replaced instantly . All "B" clients will also enjoy via our 100% contact rate guarantee, the ability to return leads you are unable to reach over a seven day period and still receive an instant credit.

6. What is the lead replacement process?
Leads will be replaced if a) they do not meet the filters you have requested, or b) they include an invalid phone number. We will credit your account and replace the lead as soon as we have another that meets your filters. To put this process in motion all you need to do is login to your account and use the lead return section to view recently downloaded leads that you wish to return. Leads can be returned within 7 days of being downloaded.

7. Is there a lead dispute process?
No. There is no dispute. In our ongoing effort to improve service, you will now be instantly credited for any leads you return! You no longer have to wait 2-3 days for your credit to appear in your account. You can simply return any lead with a valid reason and your account will automatically show a credit.

8. How soon will I receive my leads?
MortgageLenders.cc (www.mortgagelenders.cc)  ensures that you will have access to download mortgage leads as soon as your account has been activated. Activation takes 3-5 business days after payment is received. Wire transfer clients enjoy same day activation. You will receive email alerts notifying you of availability of leads that meet your criteria and be able to download them in one of several formats.

9. How do I view my leads?
You control the format in which you receive your leads. Leads can be downloaded in Excel, CSV or HTML.

10. What should I do if my leads did not meet my filters or I cannot contact the lead?
As you control your filters you will only see and be able to download leads that meet your criteria. If there should be any further issue with downloaded leads you can use the lead return section in the member area to submit for replacement.

11. How much do you charge for additional preferences?
Any preference / filter added to the lead is added at no additional cost to you. Through our automated system you have the ability to alter your preferences at any time to increase or decrease your lead flow without incurring any additional charges.

12. Will there be a price increase after the initial investment?
Any client who purchases leads now will enjoy grandfathered pricing moving forward. As long as you renew within 30 days of completion of your initial investment your pricing structure will not change.

13. What is my salesperson's role after the sale?
Once your account is active, the sales department does not handle the administrative side of your account. Our Customer Service department is equipped to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Customer Service will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Your sales rep can answer general questions or assist with renewal but does not have access to the operational side of the system.

14. Compliance with National Do Not Call?
Yes we are in compliance with the National Do Not Call Registry managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). As every lead is contacted first prior to upload and most are recorded, each lead is loaded with the knowledge that the consumer needs your assistance and is expecting the call. Consumer consent guarantees compliance.

15. Do you have a refund policy?
MortgageLenders.cc is proud to stand behind our product. For clients licensed and whos filters are set for (CA, FL, TX, NJ, Ill, VA, MI) If our system cannot offer the majority of leads purchased in your licensed states within 180 days from the date your account is activated, a pro-rated refund will be made available upon request. All other states are covered by a 365 day refund policy if the majority of the leads purchased not including bonus leads cannot be fulfilled.  Bonus leads and services are not included. All refund request / check authorizations must be approved by management and will be received within 4-6 weeks after the required time frame. Client is responsible for setting filters in accordance with current market conditions and agrees that MortgageLenders.cc will not be held responsible for lead flow as stated in section IV
